This shop is soooo fantastic. It is very small, very spare, and the menu is coffee. You can get a latte but you will absolutely not find a blended beverage on the menu. They roast their own coffee at Primavera and their coffees are sold at other shops like Urban Standard but the one thing here different from the rest is their chai tea. It is not Oregon Chai or Big Train. It is Intelligentsia chai and it is the perfect, not to sweet, chai tea. They also have a weekly coffee tasting that I have yet to attend but I do plan on going. It is usually held every Saturday at 2:00 p.m. They are particularly proud, as they should be, of their Kenya AA Estate Gituto which was given a 93 in a review by Ken Davids at coffee review.com.If you are at the Summit or in Cahaba Heights check them out!
